This study examines the role of lean leadership in engineering and manufacturing within the Indian oil industry. Lean leadership fosters continuous improvement, waste reduction, and operational efficiency. The research utilizes statistical tools such as ANOVA and regression analysis to evaluate the impact of lean leadership on manufacturing productivity and sustainability. The findings suggest that effective lean leadership significantly enhances process efficiency, cost reduction, and competitiveness. Recommendations for policy implementation and management improvements are provided.
